NooneFamily's Older News (April-June 2007)
2 Year Check Up - June 25, 2007
Ryan got a bit of the BLAM BLAM today at the Doctors office and let me tell you he was a big GRUMP! He was actually a brig grump before the needles. For some reason he hated having is shirt off that it threw him into hysterics! He didn't want the doctor to touch him, he didn't want to get weighed, he didn't want to do ANYTHING!
His stats were gleaming as always!
- 36.5 inches, 90th percentile
- 31 pounds, 80th percentile
- 50 inch head diameter, 90th percentile
So basically he's his Daddy, long, lean and has a big head. ;~)
Other news... Mom is off to Vegas with the girls tomorrow so Dad and Ryan will be spending some quality time together.
I'll be back with Vegas Pics this weekend!
Crazy Weekend - June 19, 2007
I'm still recovering! It was a crazy! I posted pictures here.
Someone's TWO!! - June 14, 2007
Well, almost. Ryan's Birthday is tomorrow. I am in a state of shock, I think. TWO?!? When did that happen?
We are having a little party for him on Sunday so stay tuned for photos of that. In the mean time here is one from tonight. We were baking his Birthday cupcakes. I also post an album of the last 4 months. He basically grows up in front of your eyes! It's amazing!
Talking Toddler - June 12, 2007
I'm sorry It's been awhile. The Noone's are some busy folk!
I just needed to archive this memory and give you all an update on the talking toddler.
This morning while getting Ryan dressed he asked to wear is Choo Choo shirt. That's right my 2 year old son decided what he wanted to wear and asked me to get it. What?!?!
We then proceeded to go downstairs for breakfast. I always ask him what he wants but normally don't get a response. This morning he clearly said... "Applesauce" Then a few seconds later... "and cake". Unbelievable! We normally only have a few breakfast choices, cheesy egg with fruit, whole Wheat pancakes with applesauce, or cereal with berries. So I guess I now know what his favorite is! ;~)
After the cakes I cut into a cantaloupe. He asked me for some so I gave him a few chucks. When he ate them all he clearly said... "more" after I gave him a few more he responded with "thank you mommy". Now he's been saying thank you for a few days but there was something more mature about this one, the addition of mommy on the end almost floored me.
Well I though an update was in order. Just know our little guy is growing by leaps and bounds. He is getting easier to communicate with and is constantly increasing his vocabulary by asking "what'sthat" Notice it's all squished together. That's how he says it... "what'sthat!" he says.
JUST TOO CUTE!
We're getting ready for a birthday this weekend. I will be putting an photo album together of Ryan's last 3 months. So keep an eye out for that later this week.
1 Fish, 2 Fish - 3 Fish, Blue Fish - May 27, 2007
I know I've been a little heavy on the video but he's so darn cute! And learning so much every day. We've been having a great Memorial Day Weekend so far. It's been HOT. Between the wagon and the pool Ryan has been tuckered out every night.
In this video Ryan shows off his 2 Blue fish. Wait for it.... "one... two... one... two... three".

Some Early Morning Spoon Lickin' - May 12, 2007
Ryan decided to get up really early this morning. Only because Momma and Dadda went out the night before. So to help momma stay awake she decided to bake at 6:30 in the morning. As crazy as it was Ryan seemed to enjoy it. This may be the longest video yet, give it some time to load.
Let's see what else can I tell you while you are waiting. Ryan's vocabulary is increasing by leaps and bounds, you'll be able to see a bit of it on the video. Every day he does at least 5 things that make Billy and I look and each other with a smile and shoulder shrug. For example he is beginning to sing songs with us and he will almost repeat the alphabet letter by letter with me. Oh! and he can count to 3. Although I think it's more of a memorization thing then a counting thing, but it's still cute!
Alright I hope the video has loaded for you. Enjoy! ;~)

Thank You! - April 25, 2007
Just 2 days after my last post the weather broke and we've been outside ever since!
This was Ryan last Sunday enjoying a stroll with his wagon. He's becoming nightly independent!
Today he did two things I wanted to tell you all and remember myself.
Before bed tonight we were watching an episode of the wiggles and Ryan started doing the hand motions of one of the songs. He's always been a bit of a dancer but there was something even cuter about his little finger coming to his mouth and saying "Shh Shh". It was priceless.
Then "Dada" was ready to take him up to bed. Normally I get a "bye bye" and a kiss blown to me. Well tonight when "dada" told Ryan to give me a kiss goodnight, he came trotting over and gave me a real kiss! This isn't his first kiss but it was my first real goodnight kiss. I just wanted to remember this day. :~)

AWWW thats so sweet! Arent they just amazing as they get older? My kids are in the " I love you so much", and the " I said I want it NOW" stages, but they are so dang cute! Ryan is getting big! Come on over and hang at the swingset sometime!
Spring Weather, PLEASE! - April 20, 2007
All of my herbs have now sprouted! I've got Basil (in photo), Parsley, Cilantro, Rosemary, Thyme and Mint. I can't wait until the weather breaks so I can start my garden outside. This weekend maybe, hopefully.
We also found a spot in the yard where we may plant 2 blueberry bushes! I'm really excited.
Ryan is waiting for spring too. We got outside for a few minutes last night but it was just too chilly. Everyday he begs to go out, "ouside, out" he says. It's too cute!
Well just a quick update. Ryan has been increasing his vocabulary daily, he's sleeping in his "big boy" bed and has been waking up a bit earlier this week. Oh! And the kid still eats like a horse!
"More Fishies" - April 11, 2007
The Noone's are enjoying there spring break very much! Monday we hit the Baltimore Aquairium and Ryan had a blast! After every display he would turn around and say "More Fishies?". It was priceless! Here are a few shots that came out but we didn't really take many pictures.

Busy Busy Easter! - April 8, 2007
We have had a BUSY week and weekend! First, Grandma Mikelski and Cousin Judy visited for a whole week. Then it was Grandpa Noone’s 60th Birthday. Ryan graduated to a “big boy” bed and we had a full house for Easter dinner! Needless to say, we are all exhausted. I mustered up enough energy to post the Easter Weekend Picks. Now it's off to bed for me! :~)
Peas in a Pod - April 2, 2007
