Merry Christmas a Little Early - December 23, 2005

Well it's two days before Christmas and we are no were near ready! Tomorrow we are off to PA to visits all the grandparents and friends for the holiday season.

So I had all intention to create one of those funny flash Christmas cards, but of course I had no time so I searched for ones I thought were funny to pass on to you this holiday season. I found a PG-rated one for those of you who will may have children looking over your shoulders (it's from last year but still funny) and an R-rated one for the rest of us (Ryan being to young to notice). Both cracked me up but the latter was just too funny with today's PC arguments about Christmas.

Oh and of course when we get back pictures will be uploaded of Ryan's first christmas but to keep you company in the meantime I posted a funny video of him eating Cheerios yesterday in his video section. I warn you it's kind of long and pretty boring for anyone who isn't immediate family. ;)

Anyway, enjoy your winter break and have a...Merry Christmas!

Billy's Suprise 30th! - December 4, 2005

We did it! We pulled it off! He didn't have a clue. The Noone' s arrive at Bayou Blues Cafe at 6:30 for "dinner reservations" and Bill was shocked to see 25 of his friends and family there to wish him a happy 30th birthday. Most of you know his birthday isn't really until December 21 so I think the earliness of the party got him. We found out later that he saw an email with the subject "SHhhhh Bill's Surprise Party" but had no idea it was going to be last night. So he was truly surprised. Of course I snapped some pictures of the event but for a quick peek here is his reaction.

Noone's go COMPUTER-LESS for Thanksgiving!!! - November 28, 2005

Happy belated Thanksgiving! It's Monday and we just got back from PA on our long, extended, computer-less Thanksgiving break. That's right, Roni and Billy did not use their laptops for 5, count them... FIVE days. Those of you that know us realize what an accomplishment that was. I don't think I've gone more then 2 hours without checking my email. And guess what the first thing Bill did when he stepped through the door? you guessed it! Turned on his computer.

I just posted the Thanksgiving pictures. We have a million things to do so I got to run!

You look fantastic, Roni! Looking forward to seeing you all soon.

The Noone's Visit Bloom - November 21, 2005

If you didn't already know Bill and I both graduated from Bloomsburg University in Bloomsburg PA. Our graduate program, the Department of Instructional Technology was celebrating their 20th anniversary and had a big event this past weekend. It was a blast! We got to see some old friends, go to a football game and drink at our old college bars. Plus Ryan was able to see his parents alma mater.

I posted some pictures from the weekend. I wanted to take more but I was just having too much fun. It was the first night Bill and I have gone out alone since Ryan was born and we took full advantage! Closing out the bar and hitting Denny's on the way home! Ahhh just like old times!

Yes, Dear Ryan's 5 Months! - November 16, 2005

A little while ago my mom said, "Hey! doesn't Bill look like the guy from Yes, Dear?" I was like, "yeah a little". Well since then it seems like everybody that sees the site and our photos says the same thing. So I figured I would do a little poll. So what do you think? Does he look the guy from Yes Dear?

Changing gears, I can't believe it Ryan turned 5 months yesterday!. I posted pictures of the last 2 weeks. He is growing up so fast it really is unbelievable. Enjoy!

Seriously though he does look a little like him, doesn't he? The funny thing is I've watched the show, and they seems to have the same sense of humor.

NOTE: My friends on CAM thought Bill looked more like him in the stroller picture below. LOL too funny!

A Typical Night at the Noone's - November 8, 2005

Just a little video I took tonight. Click on it after it loads to start playing.

Happy Halloween - October 30, 2005

Yesterday the Noone's paraded around the neighborhood for Halloween. It was a blast! Ryan dressed up in his first Halloween costume, the chicken. I have to admit it wasn't my first choice, Bill selected the chicken outfit. But after seeing Ryan in it, it couldn't be more priceless.

I thought those of you that know Bill would get a chuckle out of this image. There are more pictures of the parade and Ryan in the photo album.

Hope you all have a HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!

Oh! and I also added a ton of videos in Ryans Section.

My grandson is just too precious for words.... Love the chicken suit!

Corn Maize Mania - October 17, 2005

Every year the Noone's go to Maize Quest in New Park PA. This year the maize was a giant mammoth. It took us 2 hours and 31 minutes, with one crying, teething baby and a two year old who wants to walk by herself but can't yet. Not too shabby if I don't say so myself. Although most of the navigating goes to Bill he practiced the "stay left" theory. Which basically means at every decision choice the left turn. This way we were able to track were we've been already. It actually worked quite well and for someone who still doesn't know how to navigate the town he lives in, Bill was pretty good. You know I have to get my digs in where possible! You can check out photos from the day here.

A quick site update. I added a link to older news on the right. I decided the index page was getting way too long so I'm archiving in quarters. I will be doing the same in each of our sections as well.

OH and Bill even posted in his blog today!

Comment from grandma Gerri on 10/18/2005 11:18:55 AM

Roni, omg, you are getting rediculously skinny - Ryan and Veronica are both awfully cute......but, sorry, have to disagree about cuter than Jason! lol

Music Addition - October 13, 2005

I made a small site update and wanted to let everyone know. Bill and I have been organizing and downloading all of our music since we got the iPod. Anyway, this past year we have abandoned CD's and moved to downloading all of our music from iTunes.

On each of our pages you will see a "listening to" section with links to the latest bands we've downloaded. I've even been downloading songs for Ryan, he seems to love music! Rudy, on the other hand, can really care less so don't look for her section. Actually, I couldn't come up with anything clever to have her listening too. I think I'm losing my touch.

If you have any music recommendations let us know!

Comment from Bill on 10/13/2005 8:41:28 PM

Who let the dogs out? -- Duh?!?!
